Terms of Service

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern all orders, software licenses, digital assets, and development services provided by DS Prod IO (Registration No.: 144320, email: [email protected]).

2. Software Licensing and Intellectual Property

All software products, digital codebases, and templates remain the intellectual property of DS Prod IO. Purchasing a license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software according to the selected tier (Single Domain or Extended Developer License). Unauthorized distribution, reselling, or public redistribution of the source code is strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing and Payment Processing

Prices are denominated in EUR (€). Payments are processed securely via LHV Paytech card acquiring with mandatory 3D Secure 2 authentication. Full access to downloads or services is granted upon successful settlement confirmation.

4. Digital Fulfillment

Upon verified payment settlement, software download links are provisioned automatically or transmitted to the customer's registered email address without undue delay.

5. Technical Support and Maintenance

Standard software licenses include product updates and email support for the duration indicated on the product specification page.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by European law and regulations. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts having jurisdiction.
